NEET PG Counselling: MCC notifies on Refund Of Security Deposit to candidates, details
Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed the PG candidates about the refund of the security deposit for NEET PG counselling 2023.
The refund process of security deposit of all eligible candidates of NEET PG Counselling 2023 has been started from the office of HLL, which is the financial custodian of MCC.
Hence, the candidate must keep their card/bank account active till the refund process is completed. If the card/bank account is closed before the completion of the refund, the bankers will not be able to complete the refund process. Since bankers will take a long time to identify & return the failed refunds to the Financial Custodian and legal formalities are to be complied for initiating a refund to a different bank account, a refund to a new bank account will take a very long time. Neither the Financial Custodian nor MCC will be responsible for such delay.
The candidates need to contact financemcc@lifecarehll.com for any refund-related queries. Direct queries to MCC regarding refund /payment will not be entertained.
PG counselling includes both PG Medical and PG Dental courses. PG Medical admissions are based on NEET PG and PG Dental admissions are based on the NEET MDS. Both are eligibility- cum ranking examinations for admission to the respective courses.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an organisation under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate and super-speciality medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allots seats online on the basis of the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
