Bond Service Allotment: DMER Maharashtra Invites Online Applications From PG Degree Holders Winter 2023 Batch, details
Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER Maharashtra) has invited online applications for Government Social responsibility service (Bond Service) to PG degree holders (Batch-Winter 2023). The list of winter passing candidates has also been released.
The candidates can fill out the online application form and preferences up to 09.01.2024 up to 11.59 PM. On 10.01.2024 by evening, the declaration of allotment of bond service to the candidate and issue of recommendation letter web portal through login ID will be done.
Specialty Medical Officer (Post-Graduate Degree) - Qualification required - MD/MS in a specific subject.
Eligibility -
MD/MS/Diploma Passed during winter-2023 of MUHS from Govt./Govt. added institute
All candidates who are eligible for getting bond service as per the list published on the website must fill out an online application form.
If any candidate does not fill out the online application form thereby refusing to get allotment of bond service, the said candidate will be deemed to be not interested in complying with bond service. Hence for such a candidate, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.
The eligible candidate can fill a minimum of one preference or a Maximum of Ten desired preferences. However, if a post cannot be allotted as per the preference filled by the candidate, the Competent Authority will be allotted any available post of the respective subject.
Candidates should take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.
All detailed information including the number of Specialty wise vacant post, General Instructions eligibility criteria, list of documents required to be submitted to the institutes, and tie-breakers for selection, are as per Notice no. 1 which has already been published on DMER's website.
Candidates will be allotted seats as per subject merit for posts of Senior Residents, and Specialty Medical Officers on the basis of marks obtained in Post Graduate degree examination. As per Government Resolution No.PWPM1011/C.R.352/11/Edu-2, dated 4 April 2012 all posts will be allotted on a merit basis as Open Category.
Recommendations/Selections will be displayed on the DMER website on 10.01.2024. A recommendation letter will be communicated to candidates on the web portal through the login ID.
The candidate must submit the attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post as per the list given below -
1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age)
2. First, Second and Third MBBS mark sheets (Final part-I & Part-II wherever applicable)
3. Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate
4. Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS examinations from the head of the institution.
5. MBBS degree / Passing certificate
6. MD/MS Degree Passing Certificate
7. Permanent Registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/MCI
8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service. (to be downloaded from the web portal through Login ID)
Rule of TIE- BREAKER -
Selection of candidates for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of the merit list as given below.
First Level: -The Candidate having the Highest Mark in the postgraduate examination (MD/ M.S)will be preferred,
if the tie persists then -
Second Level: -The Candidate with a higher aggregate mark (Converted into percentile) at the first, Second, and Third MBBS Examination (parts I &II) taken to gather shall be preferred
if the tie persists then -
Third Level: -The candidate with higher aggregate marks (converted into percentile) at Third MBBS Examination (part I &II) will be preferred
if the tie persists then -
Fourth Level: -The older candidate will be preferred.
