AIIMS Raipur notifies on Institute Level Spot Counselling For MD, MS Courses July Session, details
Raipur: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Raipur) has announced the conduction of institute-level spot counselling for MD/MS Courses July 2023 Session on 28.08.2023 at 10.00 AM. Raipur: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Raipur) has announced the conduction of institute-level spot counselling for MD/MS Courses July 2023 Session on 28.08.2023 at 10.00 AM.
The candidates who are interested in attending institute-level spot counselling are required to register themselves by clicking on the link https://forms.gle/Tfm6Bd3nYLWsbHVK7 latest till 02 PM on 26.08.2023. The venue of the counselling will be AIIMS Raipur.
The candidates who will be registering for institute-level spot counselling are required to remain physically present at AIIMS Raipur along with all original certificates of qualification on the scheduled date. Candidates without original certificates will not be allowed to attend the institute-level spot counselling.
The candidates who have joined the PG course or have opted PG seat elsewhere are required to bring proof of acceptance of their resignation/seat surrender in original on the day of institute-level spot counselling; otherwise, they will not be allowed to attend the institute-level spot counselling.
The date of validity for the OBC certificate for AIIMS PG admission (MD/MD/MDS) Session January-2023 shall be 08.05.2022 to 07.05.2023 (both dates inclusive)& EWS certificate will be issued between 01.04.2023 to 07.05.2023 (prepared based on the income of the year 2022-2023). Any certificate issued within this period shall be accepted by AIIMS Raipur.
Eligibility -
All those candidates who have qualified in the entrance examination of INI-CET for July -2023 and have secured not less than 50th percentile (45th percentile for OBC/SC/ ST/PwBD candidates) of marks in the PG entrance examination conducted by AIIMS New Delhi on 07.05.2023, will be eligible to participate in this spot counselling irrespective of their rank in the entrance examination.
The terms and conditions, as mentioned in the MD/MS/MDS prospectus of AIIMS New Delhi for the July 2023 session, will be applicable for Institute Level Spot Counselling at AIIMS Raipur.
Allocation of seats –
The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per the rank/merit of candidates in the entrance examination (INI-CET – July 2023) and on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the INI-CET Prospectus – July 2023.
In case during the institute-level spot counselling, if any ST seats remain vacant (after calling all eligible candidates of the ST category), then the seat will be transferred to the SC category and vice-versa. However, even after interchanging the SC/ST seats, if the seats reserved for SC/ST candidates remain vacant, then these seats shall be made available to the candidates of the General (Unreserved) Category. Similarly, in case the OBC and EWS seats remain vacant after calling all eligible OBC and EWS candidates, then these seats shall be made available to the candidates who belong to the General (Unreserved) Category.
Admission -
The selected candidates are required to complete admission formalities on the same day and join immediately on the same day. No extension under any circumstances will be granted.
The following documents in original need to be produced –
1. Final Registration Slip (INI-CET July 2023 Session)
2. Admit Card Issued by AIIMS New Delhi (INI-CET July 2023 Session)
3. MBBS Original/Provisional Degree Certificate
4. MBBS All Professional Marksheets
5. MBBS internship completion certificate (MBBS internship should have been completed by 31.07.2023.)
6. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council
7. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
8. In case of joining any other course/service, proof of acceptance of resignation/seat surrender certificate in original
9. Any other certificate, if any
Seats available –
A total of 8 seats are available. Anatomy has 2 seats, and Community Medicine, ENT, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, General Surgery, Pathology, and Physiology have 1 seat each. The final updated list of vacant seats will be uploaded on the website of the institute (www.aiimsraipur.edu.in) by 02.00 PM on 26.08.2023.
